JetShipper integrations: company and support

JetShipper helps online sellers coordinate products, personalization, production and fulfillment. Its store integrations connect a merchant’s authorized Shopify or Amazon account to the JetShipper application.

JetShipper is the brand owned in Türkiye by JET Teknoloji. JET operates the technology department as Serya’s contractor. These roles do not imply endorsement by Shopify or Amazon.

2. What the integrations do

• Shopify: connect an authorized store, import supported product and order information, match products to production items and send supported fulfillment or tracking information back to the store.
• Amazon: connect an authorized seller account and marketplace, import supported listings and non-restricted order details and associate them with the seller’s production workflow. Restricted recipient information and restricted personalization are not retrieved by the current API integration. An Amazon-bought label can be supplied through the manual-label workflow where appropriate.

Available functions depend on platform approval, the permissions granted, the marketplace and the order. Store authorization is not a guarantee of access to restricted customer information.

3. Pricing and service Terms

There is no subscription, monthly fee or minimum order. Production, personalization, related components and shipping are priced separately according to the product and options selected. Some jewelry has a fixed price; other jewelry is priced after production using net weight and the product’s pricing rules. Where a metal rate is used, the rate at the time of pricing applies. Shipping is charged when the shipping label is purchased.

Review the prices shown in the application before confirming the relevant work or purchasing a label. Production and fulfillment are governed by the JetShipper service Terms. This page does not replace them or change the service’s payment rules.

4. Get help

Email hello@jetshipper.com for connection, product or order support. Include your platform, store identifier, the relevant order reference and a short description of the issue. Never include a password, authentication code or access token. For an urgent delivery or production issue, identify the deadline clearly; sending a message does not itself change or cancel an order.
